Jim Kotrba, Certified Fire Investigator

Jim has served over 25 years as a career fire fighter with 20 years as a Hazardous Materials Specialist.  He holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Fire Science Technology from Harper College.  Jim has also completed specialized fire investigation training at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, MD.  He is a Certified Fire Investigator Technician by the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI) by the National Association of Fire Investigators.  In addition, Jim is an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Master Automobile Technician with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.
